We’ve spent a fair amount of time with friends and family all over the Emerald Coast of Florida and always enjoy every minute of it. I thought I’d take some time to share some of our favorite things to do aside from the beach, as well as other recommended non-beachy places that are still on our to-visit list!

Florida Fun
We decided to hit up Florida for our next camping adventure! We stayed in Freeport (Live Oak Landing Campground) ,which is north of Watercolor/Santa Rosa area. We hung around the campground the first full day there and set off to explore the local area the second day. We headed into Watercolor to explore and get some ice cream. I highly recommend Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, but make sure to bring cash!
